  I called ahead to see if I could get an idea of how many options I would have for my daughter's size for an upcoming event. I live a good distance away, and I didn't want to make the drive if there wasn't going to be many to choose from. When I called I politely explained this to her and asked if that would be something they could do. Instead of saying yes and asking for the size or no, I am too busy, the lady on the phone RUDELY expressed that I hadn't specified a size, and I could hear the irritation in her voice. She talked to me like I was stupid and bothering her, and I will not bother making the drive and will never give her my business. I also retracted the recommendation I had made to some friends earlier in the day.

  The young girl she has working for her will eventually drive all the customers away. Had a horrible experience there today. When we walked in the girl told us if we didn't find anything we liked, we could look at a catalog. After trying on several dresses, I ask to look at it. She took it away from me and put it under the counter. I ask her why and she refused to give me an explanation. It was beyond rude and just down right weird. She also never bothered to assist in looking or trying on dresses. Never offered to help us hang them back up. She was moving dresses around and twice pushed her way through to hang a dress nearly pushing my daughter over. No "excuse or pardon me!" I don't know how they stay in business treating people like this. My suggestion.....get rid of the rude employee and get a bigger building. The place is way too cramped.
